General purpose:

The project aims to provide free legal aid for victims of crime and marginalized individuals through the capacities of the organization “Different & Equal” and the network of “probono” lawyers at national and local level. Through this project, D&E will work to increase local capacities for the referral of cases as well as the provision of free legal aid services, utilizing local capacities, through law professionals and “probono” lawyering

Specific objectives:

Objective 1 – Increasing access to justice for victims of crime and marginalized individuals through providing free legal aid by professional lawyers, of the organization “Different & Equal” and the network of “probono” lawyers.

Objective 2 – Improving the system of providing free legal aid based on the functioning of local referral networks, with the inclusion of all local actors responsible for providing free legal aid services.

Objective 3 – Increasing capacities and the consolidation of the independent professional lawyers, as part of the national network of “probono” lawyers.
